Katherine J. Roxlau, RPA
Katherine Roxlau is a cultural resources and NEPA specialist at VCHP. She has 20 years of experience in cultural resources management, NEPA analyses and compliance, environmental planning, and project management. Her specialties include tribal consultation, traditional cultural properties, archaeology, Section 106 compliance, NAGPRA compliance, and management of environmental baseline development and NEPA projects. Ms. Roxlau has conducted cultural resource and NEPA projects in 28 states, conducting analyses or management of over 50 NEPA projects and over 140 cultural resource studies. Ms. Roxlau has extensive experience in Native American consultation and ethnographic research, and has worked with government officials and traditional leaders of 32 tribes in the western United States.
